Lenovo is going to be the first brand to release a 5G smartphone!

Beforehand, we have presented to you the news about many smartphone manufacturers hopping to the 5G smartphone race. Notably, the two most grounded adversaries in the opposition are Huawei and Samsung. According to the latest report, Huawei has also begun on their work for their first 5G handset. Notably, the Chinese brand has been working with many smartphone part companies to deliver the hardware required. Then again, it appears as though Huawei has another solid rival to watch out! In an ongoing Weibo post, Lenovo's VP, Chang Cheng, has shared his company procedure on the 5G smartphone. Notably, he stated that Lenovo is going to be the final victor one year from now by releasing the first 5G smartphone utilizing Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 chip. Unfortunately, he erased the post soon after the publication. So now we may have to wait and check whether Chang Cheng's statement can work out as expected or not one year from now.

On another note, many chipset brands have purportedly begun their work for a 5G bolster chipset in smartphones. Notably, we have Qualcomm with their Snapdragon 855 processor, Huawei and their result of 5G gadgets. Last month, Taiwanese MediaTek company finally announced their plan to launch their first 5G baseband chip – Helio M70! Besides, the Helio M70 is going to be among the first ones to help 5Gbps associations. Thus, it can become the head rival, battling against Qualcomm, the Snapdragon X50 modem of which is doing likewise yet on its platform. As of not long ago, many carriers have been trying 5G systems for quite a while.
